• Own channel strategy and execution
• Develop and execute channel strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram and relevant platforms — deciding what we publish, why it matters, and how we improve it.
• Lead our newsletter programme
• Set editorial direction, write and build campaigns, manage distribution, and analyse performance to continuously refine approach.
• Manage the blog as a strategic asset
• Commission, write, edit, publish and optimise content that serves both human readers and search visibility.
• Drive SEO & GEO strategy
• Ensure content earns discoverability in both traditional search and AI-driven search environments, applying strong SEO fundamentals and emerging Generative Engine Optimisation principles.
• Build a content repurposing system
• Extract maximum value from every piece of content, turning one asset into multiple high-performing outputs across channels.
• Use AI as a core workflow tool
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar to accelerate drafting, editing, repurposing and optimisation — without compromising quality or originality.
• Track and improve performance
• Own reporting, translate data into insight, and make clear, practical recommendations that improve results over time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to support campaigns, launches, and live moments.
