About the role
- Drive outbound pipeline for Hire Overseas by booking qualified sales calls, managing targeted outreach, and maintaining a consistent prospecting engine
- Handle outbound messaging, list building, early prospect qualification, and follow-ups
- Take **live sales calls**
- Conduct intro calls to understand prospect needs and assess initial fit
- Maintain clean, organized records inside the CRM
- Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline impact
- Test new outreach frameworks, channels, and tools
Requirements
- **2 to 4 years** of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or lead-generation experience
- Strong verbal communication — confident, articulate, and persuasive
- Excellent written messaging skills
- Experience handling live sales calls or discovery calls
- Comfort navigating CRMs and structured outbound workflows
- Highly organized and metrics-driven with consistent follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and adjust messaging based on feedback
