About the role

  • Drive outbound pipeline for Hire Overseas by booking qualified sales calls, managing targeted outreach, and maintaining a consistent prospecting engine
  • Handle outbound messaging, list building, early prospect qualification, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Comfort navigating CRMs and structured outbound workflows
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven with consistent follow-through
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and adjust messaging based on feedback
