About the role

  • Manage content, campaigns, reputation, and website updates while working closely with ownership to keep marketing consistent, timely, and performance-focused
  • Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop a monthly social media calendar aligned with seasonal landscaping services
  • Write SEO-focused blog content centered on local landscaping topics and seasonal needs
  • Draft email campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot to nurture leads and retain clients
  • Monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Yelp, and Facebook within 24 hours
  • Write professional, brand-aligned responses that address concerns and reinforce trust
  • Make content updates and changes to the Webflow website as needed
  • Plan and run seasonal marketing initiatives tied to core services
  • Track engagement, website traffic, reviews, and email performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in home services such as landscaping, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or similar
  • Proven experience managing social media and content for service businesses
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to a professional local brand
  • Experience building content calendars and managing multiple marketing channels
  • Working knowledge of **Webflow** or the ability to learn it quickly
  • Hands-on experience with **HubSpot** including CRM, email campaigns, and workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal direction
  • Availability for some overlap with **PST business hours**
