About the role
- Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior
- Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution
- Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data
- Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives
Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth
- Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies
- Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Experience supporting growth, demand generation, or paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with A/B testing creative concepts, hooks, and formats
- Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven content environments
