About the role
- Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts
- Customize AI-generated content for different platforms and audiences
- Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach
- Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations

- Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI-assisted outputs
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
- Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience experimenting with prompts, formats, or short-form video; Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting; Experience in fast-paced, content-heavy environments
