About the role
- Support the growing APAC digital commerce team.
- Manage eCommerce platforms and analyze consumer reviews, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve product positioning and conversion.
- Monitor and optimize digital shelf performance (search visibility, rankings, share of shelf).
- Lead improvements to product detail pages (PDPs), including copy, images, and structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, regional teams).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Coupang, or Naver.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with digital shelf analytics or consumer insights tools.
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to SEO, content optimization, or performance marketing.
- Nice-to-have: Experience working across multiple APAC markets.
