About the role

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare).
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Drive project governance, including risk and issue management.
  • Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
  • Experience managing:
  • - Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects)
  • - Client stakeholders and executive communication
  • Strong experience in:
  • - Risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • - Multi-project management and prioritisation
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in:
  • - Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
  • - Excel (tracking, reporting)
  • - PowerPoint (presentations)
  • NICE-TO-HAVE
  • - Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
  • - Background in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy).
  • - Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.
