About the role
- You are responsible for operational HR management and continuously develop our people processes
- You manage the entire recruiting process (profiling, active sourcing, interviews, contract process, onboarding)
- You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters (basic labor law, communication, conflict resolution, development)
- You develop onboarding structures, feedback and development systems (e.g., reviews, skills matrices, trainings)
- You take care of personnel administration: contracts, certificates, deadlines, documentation — accurate and reliable
- You support HR-relevant changes (growth, roles, structures, internal communication)
- You work closely with the executive team and team leads and proactively drive HR topics forward
- You support employer branding and career fair/university activities (e.g., MeetIT) in collaboration with marketing
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in HR management, recruiting or as an HR generalist (ideally in a tech or consulting environment)
- Confident presence, excellent communication skills and the ability to support people clearly and empathetically
- Structured, reliable working style and a high standard of quality in processes and documentation
- Good understanding of modern recruiting methods (active sourcing, conducting interviews, candidate experience)
- Knowledge of labor law and a willingness to find pragmatic solutions
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Degree (e.g., business administration with a focus on HR) or comparable qualification
