Business Analyst

• Analyze business processes, system landscapes and data flows and derive optimization and digitalization opportunities
• Advise clients both technically and methodologically, and facilitate workshops, interviews and alignment meetings
• Elicit, structure, prioritize and document functional and non-functional requirements

Senior Business Development Manager

• You are responsible for the sales function — from strategy and pipeline to deal closing and forecasting
• You develop and implement a sales strategy (target customers, positioning, go-to-market, pricing input)
• You acquire new customers (hunter) and strategically grow existing accounts (farming)
• You manage the entire sales cycle: (pre-)sales meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, contract signing
• You establish processes, standards and playbooks (lead qualification, opportunity management, follow-up, reporting)
• You maintain and develop our CRM and a reliable pipeline including KPI tracking and forecasts

• You are responsible for operational HR management and continuously develop our people processes
• You manage the entire recruiting process (profiling, active sourcing, interviews, contract process, onboarding)
• You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters (basic labor law, communication, conflict resolution, development)
• You develop onboarding structures, feedback and development systems (e.g., reviews, skills matrices, trainings)
• You take care of personnel administration: contracts, certificates, deadlines, documentation — accurate and reliable
• You support HR-relevant changes (growth, roles, structures, internal communication)
• You work closely with the executive team and team leads and proactively drive HR topics forward
• You support employer branding and career fair/university activities (e.g., MeetIT) in collaboration with marketing
