About the role
- Own the medtech revenue target and scale the commercial engine to deliver against it
- Lead enterprise sales engagements with the largest medtech organizations globally
- Personally lead and close strategic deals with marquee medtech accounts
- Build and manage a high-performing medtech sales organization as the business scales
- Leverage an established personal network of senior executives at major medtech companies to accelerate pipeline development
- Define the medtech go-to-market strategy including target segments and value propositions
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from deal close to deployment
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial experience in medtech, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology
- Established, active network of senior relationships (VP, SVP, C-suite) at major medtech companies
- Deep understanding of medtech commercial operations, buying processes, procurement cycles, and enterprise decision-making structures
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
