About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the foodservice sector across the Wast region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct and indirect strategic customers, operators, wholesalers and distributors, and other key accounts to expand Hint’s presence
  • Forecast new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment of product offerings, promotional strategies, and customer needs
  • Manage and support foodservice distributor partnerships to ensure on-time deliveries, product availability, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address concerns, and drive continuous improvements
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of market demands and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support the Sr. Director, Foodservice with regional sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote Hint’s products and brand presence in the foodservice sector
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall regional goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the foodservice or beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the foodservice sector
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence distributors, operators, and key decision-makers
  • Non-commercial and GPO sales highly preferred - beverage sector experience within major GPO’s
  • Deep understanding of foodservice market dynamics, trends, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial planning skills, including forecasting, demand management, contract negotiation and
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales challenges
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ownership mentality that is accountability-driven with the ability to proactively manage solutions
  • Willingness to travel within the West region as needed
  • Passion for Hint’s mission and a commitment to contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven bran

  • Base salary of $100,000-120,000. Actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
