About the role

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to demo, value discussions, and close
  • Drive new business through strategic outbound and timely inbound follow-up
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with independent practices and healthcare leaders
  • Lead thoughtful, consultative demos that highlight ROI and real-world impact
  • Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline in HubSpot with clear next steps
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Network, and Customer Success to create a seamless buyer journey
  • Continuously learn, test, and refine - helping evolve our playbook as we scale
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals with consistency and integrity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience tied to revenue goals
  • Proven record of quota attainment or measurable performance success
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and sell a comprehensive, evolving product suite
  • High emotional intelligence and customer empathy
  • Curiosity about how AI-led tools can elevate your sales craft
  • Desire to contribute to team and process improvements beyond your quota
