About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of HR Operations, Compensation, and People Analytics.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Turn data into strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Optimize the company's cost structure.
  • Develop and maintain salary tables, job grading, and promotion policies.
  • Design and manage bonus models, profit-sharing (PLR), and short- and long-term incentive programs.
  • Consolidate the Total Compensation strategy.
  • Manage the benefits portfolio with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Structure and monitor the personnel budget (headcount and payroll).
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems.
  • Establish and monitor service metrics for employee requests.
  • Prepare cost simulations for new compensation models.
  • Promote a data-driven HR culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Compensation, Strategic People Management, or related courses.
  • Microsoft Office — Advanced
  • Power BI — Advanced
  • Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and People Analytics
  • Familiarity with compensation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, or similar)
  • Experience with personnel budgeting
