Program Manager

• Own and evolve the Hims & Hers employer brand strategy, ensuring a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with top talent across key functions
• Lead content creation as a core pillar of the role, developing high quality, insight driven content across channels including social, careers site, campaigns, and recruiting materials
• Partner closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to translate company priorities into compelling talent narratives
• Build and manage an always-on content engine that highlights our people, mission, and impact in a way that feels authentic and distinctive
• Develop targeted campaigns for critical hiring areas, especially technical and product roles, aligned to business priorities
• Actively explore and experiment with AI and data tools across employer brand, uncovering talent audience insights, monitoring candidate sentiment, and analyzing competitor positioning, always pushing toward step-change impact and not just efficiency gains
• Elevate and continuously improve the careers site experience, ensuring it reflects our brand, values, and opportunities with clarity and depth
• Define and activate our social strategy for talent, including organic and paid approaches across key platforms
• Enable recruiters and hiring leaders with tools, messaging, and content that strengthen how we represent Hims & Hers in every candidate interaction
• Partner with People and leadership teams to surface and amplify real stories from across the company
• Establish and track clear metrics to measure brand awareness, engagement, and impact on hiring outcomes, using insights to continuously refine the strategy

People Operations

• Lead the end-to-end execution of our HR Operations strategy, aligning systems, processes, and programs with company growth, scalability, and business priorities.
• Lead HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, policies, employee support, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a systems thinker across the People organization, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes while reducing friction for employees, managers, and the People team.
• Own and optimize the HRIS ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and a strong foundation for future growth.
• Drive the evolution of People Operations through AI and automation, identifying emerging technologies and practical applications that improve efficiency, insights, service delivery, and the employee experience.
• Design and continuously improve scalable People processes and workflows that create consistency, operational rigor, and a high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive people analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights across engagement, retention, organizational health, and workforce planning.
• Establish strong operational governance, including compliance, audits, documentation standards, controls, and risk management practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to improve operational effectiveness and enable company scale.
• Build and develop a high-impact operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
