About the role
- Own the execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely deployment
- Coordinate with copy and creative teams to align on campaign assets
- Pull and segment audiences for lifecycle campaigns using defined logic, in partnership with Martech when needed
- Set up and QA emails using the Dyspatch email template tool
- Schedule, deploy, and monitor sends for performance and deliverability
- Conduct post-send reporting and highlight learnings or issues
- Maintain flawless QA and campaign accuracy across all touchpoints
- Work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure alignment on campaign priorities and timelines
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle management, including email, in-app, push, and SMS, subscription experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and segmentation tools (recent Braze experience a plus)
- Experience with dynamic email tools like Dyspatch is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
- Proficiency in campaign QA and troubleshooting
- The ability to work independently and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing needs
