About the role

  • Conduct regular data analysis and rate reviews to optimise revenue performance
  • Produce weekly nights and revenue forecasts for a rolling 12‑month period
  • Maintain an events calendar, rate spreadsheets, and additional channel documentation
  • Monitor booking pace, inventory, occupancy, historical trends, and the competitive set, recommending strategic actions
  • Load and update rates in systems including Clarity, OnQ, Channel Managers, OTAs, and extranets
  • Create and maintain ad‑hoc Excel tools, dashboards (Power BI), and reporting
  • Analyse competitor pricing and maintain rate parity across all third‑party channels
  • Support the Revenue Manager in fostering a strong revenue management culture
  • Participate in stakeholder review calls to discuss rate changes, restrictions, and performance updates
  • Assist with annual room merchandising plans and process improvements

Requirements

  • High School education with strong Maths and English
  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Full driving licence
