About the role
- Oversee the rehabilitation of retail locations to restore performance and profitability
- Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition initiatives for Sales Representatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including dress codes and cleanliness standards
- Conduct team meetings and training for staff development
- Coordinate Recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring processes
- Handle payroll tracking and accurate processing
- Lead ethical practices in sales training and compliance with hiring regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Proficient in customer service and sales strategies
- Must be open to relocation as required
- Skills in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
- Knowledge of ethical hiring practices and compliance regulations.
