About the role
- Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions to achieve budgeted targets for tours
- Directly manage the prearrival renter team and prearrival activity team
- Support day-to-day operations of Prearrival teams
- Mentor, coach and train team members on a daily basis
- Conduct daily informational, motivational and/or training meetings with team members
- Provide recommendations and/or develop operating procedures, training programs, incentives, and marketing programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proven ability to provide excellent leadership skills and to motivate and train teams.
- Prior timeshare, hospitality, call center, sales or customer service experience.
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
