About the role
- Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made.
- Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested.
- Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure all errors are corrected.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services as they related to marketing and the Company as a whole.
- Responsible for accurate data entry.
- Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required.
- Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute.
- Exemplary organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.
- Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
