The Regional Service Manager reports directly to the Director of Facilities, oversees maintenance operations for Hillpointe properties and is responsible for developing and managing service teams to meet company standards. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, efficiency improvements, equipment safety, employee training, and performance evaluation.\n
Represent the property and company positively, lead team meetings, maintain professional standards, communicate with managers, complete reports, ensure data entry, enforce safety practices, handle incidents, and attend meetings and training. Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact courteously and calmly with residents, clients, and team members and address issues.\n
Demonstrate effective written skills to represent the company, act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and explain department policies.\n
Be proficient in using the internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs, preferably with experience in property management systems.\n
Operate basic office equipment like copiers, faxes, and telephones.\n
Maintain positive communication with residents, ensure resident satisfaction, staff the property appropriately, and assist with asset management and service teams.\n
Work with the Regional Property Manager to supervise and evaluate the service team, manage employee performance and policies, motivate and train employees, and ensure compliance with company policies.\n
Oversee property maintenance operations, inspect and prepare vacant apartments, handle service requests, manage warranty repairs, respond to emergencies, maintain records, and manage community equipment and contractor projects.
Requirements
EPA 608 certifications Type I and II or Universal.\n
CPO certification is preferred (be willing to obtain).\n
Must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.\n
Must have a valid driver’s license.\n
Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training.\n
This position may require push/pull/carry objects up to 50 pounds.\n
This position may require occasional or frequent bending/stooping.
