About the role

  • Provide first and second level support for engineering applications (SolidWorks, COMOS, ECTR and related tools)
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents across integrated engineering systems
  • Support and monitor integrations between engineering systems and ERP platforms
  • Perform routine system checks, configuration changes, updates and patches
  • Manage licensing, user access and permissions
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
  • Deliver user training and onboarding for engineering tools
  • Support upgrade projects and vendor coordination
  • Provide backup support for other regions as part of global coverage

Requirements

  • Experience supporting engineering, CAD or PLM systems in an enterprise environment
  • Practical understanding of integrated application landscapes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Service oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (required)
  • German language skills are an advantage, but not required.
