About the role
- Lead a team responsible for business generation within defined parameters across the Coperion FHN Portfolio.
- Build the installed base reference list and incorporate this into the company’s CRM system.
- Develop tactics and strategies to generate year on year growth to the spares and site services revenues.
- Build necessary resources to support growth plans and ensure customer satisfaction with timely response for normal and breakdown business.
- Provide both reactive and proactive services to directly connect Coperion FHN APAC to the marketplace.
- Interface with other Group Aftermarket specialists to ensure growth in respective markets and commonality of approach.
- Support your team in winning and closing business opportunities and resolving service issues that arise.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of work experience in aftermarket or field service support for industrial industries.
- Proven strategy development and execution skills.
- Passionate attitude regarding building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement techniques.
- Strategic sales skills with well-developed influencing and negotiating abilities.
- Direct experience as Aftermarket Manager from engineering or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new service products and customized aftermarket solutions.
- Ability to travel at short notice is preferred.
