About the role

  • Lead our Automation & Industrial Control Engineering Office
  • Drive automation projects and integrate new technologies
  • Conduct technology watch on emerging trends in automation
  • Develop and promote our technological expertise during pre-sales, project execution, and R&D phases
  • Ensure planning, priority management, subcontracting, and coordination with mechanical, IT, and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Automation, Industrial Automation, Industrial IT, or equivalent
  • Proven experience (>= 5 years) in automation integration, PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal), HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems
  • Experience managing a team of automation experts or supervising automation projects
  • Deep knowledge of PLC standards, industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet), and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Professional command of English, both written and spoken
