About the role

  • Delivering plug-and-play machines on time
  • Overall 5S improvements in the zone area
  • Kaizen activity related to product improvement/suggestion for cost reduction
  • Develop SOP and Runoff procedure as and when needed
  • Make part deviation form - PDF
  • Helping Trainee Engineers and Juniors in troubleshooting
  • Revision of the Runoff check sheet on a regular basis for improvement
  • Productivity improvement as per the yearly target by process improvement
  • Load Trial, Customer Trial, Demo Trial of Extrusion Machine
  • Inspection & Testing of Downstream Equipment at Supplier End
  • Maintain History Files & Testing Reports
  • Maintain records as per ISO requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Plastics Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in Testing of Capital equipment
  • Experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be added advantage
