• Design, build, and run Hilbert's privacy program - policies, data mapping, retention, and vendor/subprocessor management
• Advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design for agentic workflows
• Own compliance posture across CCPA/CPRA and the US state privacy patchwork, UK GDPR/DPA 2018, and EU GDPR
• Build and maintain data processing agreements, SCCs, UK IDTA/Addendum, and subprocessor frameworks
• Review and negotiate enterprise customer contracts, DPAs, and security addenda

Privacy & Product Counsel

Solutions Engineer

• Own the technical lifecycle of new customers, choosing and implementing the best deployment path (Managed Clickhouse vs. Warehouse-Native)
• Use Hilbert internal Discovery Agent to create reports and suggest mappings, moving from raw data to a working v1 pipeline in record time
• Architect the semantic definitions for custom enterprise data, ensuring our agentic conversation engine has the Ground Truth for every query
• Transform diverse source data into Hilbert unified growth models to power our generic ML systems
• Act as the lead technical resource for high-stakes enterprise implementations, ensuring our stack is packaged and performant in their specific infra

Forward Deployed Data Engineer – Integration

Product Marketing

• Set positioning and messaging for Hilbert, and carry it through every new product launch
• Own go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates
• Own end-to-end product marketing efforts including external communications, messaging, and launch strategy
• Build and run Hilbert's content engine: podcast, thought leadership, case studies, and marketing materials
• Plan and run events that put Hilbert in front of the operators and enterprises who need us most
• Partner directly with the founding team and GTM leaders on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market research
• Set the brand voice and keep it consistent across every touchpoint
• Develop repeatable marketing systems, content cadence, and measurement as the function scales
• Build and lead a marketing team as Hilbert grows, and shape the function's roadmap from here

Product Marketing Lead

General

• Research and synthesize complex topics quickly: competitive landscape, market dynamics, product positioning, client context
• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the CEO
• Track and manage cross-functional projects — owning progress across teams and flagging blockers early
• Analyze data and build models to support decision-making (business cases, scenario analysis, growth metrics)
• Assist in investor-facing and board-level prep: narrative building, data packaging, deck reviews
• Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, Slack threads) with minimal direction
• Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to stay close to the business and connect dots across functions
