About the role

  • Manage and execute the lifecycle processes for all packaging components
  • Troubleshoot and optimize to improve safety, quality, and efficiency on packaging lines
  • Represent Packaging Engineering Lifecycle Operations in the development and filing of new products
  • Collaborate with development partners during commercialization batch production
  • Develop packaging material specifications for new or improved packaging components
  • Prepare line trial protocols/reports and documentation for assigned products/projects
  • Ensure attention to detail to documentation to ensure quality and timeliness of documents
  • Provide technical support to production, including assessment of non-standard events
  • Identify product/packaging quality and packaging robustness optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related scientific discipline
  • Alternatively, higher degrees or additional related experience may be considered in lieu of the education or experience requirement listed above.
