About the role
- Reporting to the French National Association, you will join the Communications and Awareness team.
- You will support the development of partnerships and corporate sponsorships to increase the association’s visibility, its solidarity products and its events, thereby contributing to raising its profile.
- You will also help coordinate relations with partners and adapt campaigns for different distribution formats.
- You will be involved in sourcing and managing logistical partnerships for the "Pyramides de chaussures" (Pyramids of Shoes) event in Villeurbanne, scheduled for Friday 25 and Saturday 26 September 2026.
- Negotiate advertising space with media owners and outlets (outdoor posters, television, radio, press and digital).
- Manage and maintain relationships with national and local media.
- Update databases, make follow-up phone calls and assist with email campaigning operations.
- Coordinate and monitor the production of various materials: press ads, web banners, TV and radio spots.
- Retain and acquire partners as needed for the organisation of the Pyramides de chaussures 2026 event (scheduled for 25 and 26 September).
- Manage partner relations: draft and manage partnership agreements and benefits, oversee the timeline and handle on-site logistics for partners on the event day.
- Produce reports and analyse the results of communication campaigns and activities implemented.
- Keep up to date with trends, news and best practices in the media sector to inform communication and partnership strategies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (final year) to Master’s program in communication, business, marketing or project management, with a solid understanding of communication and partnership ecosystems.
- Strong skills in writing, spelling, verbal communication and project management. Comfortable with negotiation, telephone outreach and drafting professional emails.
- Organised, autonomous and curious; able to prioritise tasks and take initiative. Resourcefulness and rigor are also among your qualities.
- Fluency in French is required.
