• Own end-to-end design and facilitation of sales onboarding bootcamps, including our multi-day in-person cohort weeks
• Deliver core training sessions on product, sales methodology, competitive positioning, and industry/persona-specific messaging
• Build and iterate onboarding curriculum that balances foundational knowledge with practical, hands-on application
• Create certification standards and competency assessments that validate readiness for various sales motions
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with new hires to accelerate ramp and address individual development needs

• Partner with frontline managers to ensure consistent coaching standards and seamless handoff post-onboarding

• Define and track key onboarding metrics including time-to-first-meeting, time-to-close, ramp attainment, and certification completion

• Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand story.

• Help shape and strengthen the company’s design culture.

Full-stack Engineer

• Own the agentic development environment: Ensure agents can operate in independent cloud-based development environments, execute our full test suites, examine build results visually, etc
• Build our tooling integrations: Build MCP server integrations that connect our agents to the systems needed to build and debug software, such as CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, Github, etc
• Documentation and context: Own our repo-wide agents.md file and work with teams to ensure our library of agent guidance and skills is continually pushing the bar. Ensure our conventions and package structures are exposed in ways that agents can effectively use
• Enablement: Work with our engineers to understand where agents are struggling and address root causes such as better docs, tooling access, etc. Develop tooling for non-engineers to make simple visual updates to our application
• Serve as a “PM” for internal AI agents: Consistently keep us on the leading edge of AI productivity trends by staying abreast of what is state-of-the-art in industry and driving those improvements across Hightouch

Staff Engineer – AI Productivity

Sales Development Rep

• Own SDR & Marketing reporting and performance analytics, building on existing foundations to deliver more actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and maintain key SDR workflows across prospecting, sequencing, and lead follow-up.
• Manage event lead uploads and post-event data processing, reducing the coordination burden between Field Marketing and Demand Gen.
• Own lead routing & scoring logic and continuously refine rules to ensure fast, accurate distribution to the right reps.
• Build and optimize enrichment and outreach workflows in Clay to automate prospecting, lead scoring, and account research.

Solutions Engineer

• Drive outbound technical engagement with partner field teams to educate, evangelize, and accelerate joint opportunities
• Act as the technical counterpart for partner AEs and solution architects in enterprise opportunities, supporting discovery, architecture, and solution design
• Build and deliver scalable enablement materials, hands-on labs, demos, and GTM resources for partner teams
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to shape partner strategy and influence product roadmap based on partner and market feedback

Partner Solutions Engineer

Product Marketing

• Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for Hightouch’s AdTech products, integrations, and industry solutions.
• Conduct customer, partner, and market research to identify unmet needs, quantify opportunities, and sharpen how our products win versus alternatives.
• Develop compelling competitive and category narratives around topics like signal loss, identity and audiences, measurement, and AI-driven media optimization.
• Create and refine differentiated positioning and messaging for key media buyer and media seller personas (e.g., advertising, product, and data teams).
• Translate complex technical capabilities (identity resolution, onboarding, clean rooms, conversion APIs, etc.) into clear, outcome-focused value propositions for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain simple, repeatable messaging frameworks and battlecards that help Sales and partners win AdTech- and media-led deals.
• Create, maintain, and continually improve core GTM assets that bring our positioning to life, including website messaging, decks, and sales enablement materials.
• Drive creation of thought leadership and growth content, including case studies, product announcements, op-eds, and blog posts that showcase how Hightouch improves media performance and drives advertising revenue.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Sales to develop and execute account-based programs that generate new pipeline and expand existing customers.
• Externally evangelize Hightouch and our AdTech story at field events, customer briefings, partner enablement sessions, and webinars.
