Create sales motions, processes, and playbooks for a new category
Requirements
5+ years of software sales leadership experience, with at least 2+ years leading Enterprise-focused teams
Proven success building and scaling early-stage sales teams in high-growth SaaS companies
Track record of closing complex enterprise deals and coaching reps through them
Comfort experimenting with and refining sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
Curiosity and aptitude for learning technical concepts, particularly AI, data platforms, or ML-driven products, and explaining them in clear business terms
Strong cross-functional collaborator who works hand-in-hand with Product and Marketing to evolve GTM strategy
Comfortable creating sales motions, processes, and teams from scratch
Passion for people leadership—motivating, mentoring, and recruiting top talent
