About the role

Own the full implementation and enablement lifecycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
Execute the technical aspects of customer onboarding and integrate Hightouch into customers' data infrastructure
Work closely with Technical Architects to align technical execution with customer success objectives
Design and optimize scalable implementation frameworks and processes
Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops with customer data engineering teams and business stakeholders
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, integration specifications, and data models
Develop and execute implementation plans to minimize time-to-value while ensuring sustainable solutions
Identify and resolve technical blockers in partnership with Technical Architects
Build relationships with technical stakeholders and contribute product feedback to engineering
Standardize and automate implementation processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical implementations while maintaining clear communication with a variety of stakeholders
Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that can scale across an organization
Excellence in technical project management with ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to command a room of technical and business audiences
Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
