About the role

  • Own the SaaSpreneur Avatar
  • Develop a deep understanding of SaaS founders using (or considering) HighLevel
  • Conduct regular customer interviews, research, and feedback sessions
  • Translate customer insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention for SaaSpreneurs
  • Create educational content (workshops, trainings, presentations, guides) tailored to SaaS founders
  • Host live and virtual workshops to help SaaSpreneurs succeed on the platform
  • Represent HighLevel at conferences, meetups, and industry events
  • Speak confidently about the product, use cases, and SaaS growth strategies
  • Travel 25% or more to attend and present at events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority.
