About the role

  • Define and drive the product strategy for HighLevel’s mobile platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across mobile, desktop, and platform surfaces.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship scalable, high-quality experiences.
  • Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Own platform-level decisions that balance speed, consistency, and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure tight alignment across agency, client, and community experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional clarity and execution across multiple parallel offers.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PMs.
  • Have built or scaled mobile-first platforms with complex workflows.
  • Are confident in owning products used daily by power users and businesses.
  • Understand platform thinking, modular design, and cross-surface consistency.
  • Love solving user pain with systems-level thinking.
  • Communicate clearly and bring strong alignment across teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: You align platform decisions with long-term business and ecosystem growth.
  • Leadership & Ownership: You bring clarity, direction, and momentum to teams.
