About the role

  • Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration, including vendor coordination, annual renewals, open enrollment, compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
  • Partner with brokers, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure benefits programs are administered accurately and compliantly.
  • Act as an SME for Benefits and R&R programs across the industry, advising People leadership on market trends, regulatory changes, and design improvement.
  • Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs, including program administration, communications, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Gather employee feedback and participation data to support continuous improvement of benefits and recognition offerings.
  • Coordinate well-being and employee support initiatives to ensure alignment across programs.
  • Contribute to benefits planning and renewals, including recommendation of vendor changes, plan design shifts, and long-term cost optimization initiatives.
  • Own vendor evaluation and performance management, including broker selection, contract negotiations (with guidance), and service-level accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, HR operations, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs, including vendor coordination and compliance support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating in environments with changing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both steady-state work and project-based initiatives.
  • Clear communicator who can explain programs, processes, and next steps to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently within defined direction and escalate appropriately when decisions are needed.
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed environments.
