About the role

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning with the VP of Marketing, ensuring alignment on goals, budget, funnel expectations, and execution timelines.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for website traffic, trial generation, channel performance, and spend efficiency.
  • Interpret trends, diagnose performance shifts, and provide forward-looking insights to senior leadership.
  • Align Marketing operations with cross-functional teams including Finance, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.
  • Drive strategic programs such as:
  • Scaling trial volume from unaffiliated channels
  • Improving web funnels and conversion pathways
  • Enhancing paid media accountability and spend efficiency
  • Strengthening event planning, measurement, and ROI analysis
  • Partner with RevOps counterparts to optimize the marketing tech stack, automation workflows, tracking systems, and CRM integrations.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 9+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or a related strategy/analytics role within SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • 3–5 years of demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media optimization, attribution models, events measurement, and funnel analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with VP-level and executive-level stakeholders, including delivering insights to the CEO.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, performance modeling, and ROI improvement across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in systems architecture, marketing automation, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and CRM integrations.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
