About the role
- Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Export Sales Operations Co-ordinator for a fixed-term contract of 12 months
- Manage and streamline export operations, working closely with teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
- Oversee export logistics, bookings and communications with logistics providers
- Process customer orders, invoicing and manage inventory levels
- Coordinate shipping schedules with production timelines
- Liaise between sales, production and logistics and evaluate performance against KPIs
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales and operational meetings
- Provide support for customer inquiries and issue resolution
Requirements
- Prior experience in export operations or logistics coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements
- Remote role with occasional travel to Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire, and to Edinburgh for meetings
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (37.5 hours per week)
- 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover
