Provide leadership in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Monitor financial performance against established targets and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.
Lead the brand level budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Experience working in residential services strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple locations/brands
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
