About the role
- Oversee daily operations of Mit and mold remediation jobs
- Ensure efficient and thorough job completion and upkeep of quality standards
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders such as insurance adjusters and homeowners
- Conduct remediation assessments as needed and manage technician teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible water damage restoration roles
- Required IICRC WRT certification; ASD and AMRT certifications are highly desirable
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, including MICA, DASH, Xactimate, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with moisture management systems and field equipment
