💰 $18 - $25 per hour

About the role

  • Eliminate property damage that was caused by water or mold
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with attention to detail
  • Complete demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
  • Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
  • Work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable and customer focused
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics
  • Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to follow directions given by Crew Chiefs
  • Have a high level of listening skills and positive attitude
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)
