About the role
- Serve as the strategic quarterback for your portfolio of client partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence, revenue growth, and long-term brand trust.
- Own and lead day-to-day client communications across SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Analytics, Web, and emerging channels
- Act as the senior liaison between clients and internal execution teams
- Drive alignment between performance data, business objectives, and campaign strategy
- Develop and present compelling client decks, including QBRs, annual reviews, and competitive analyses
- Oversee client reporting communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight, not just data delivery
- Anticipate client needs, monitor competitive landscapes, and proactively recommend growth opportunities
- Mentor and guide Brand Success Managers and other team members within assigned partnerships
- Confidently engage VP and C-suite stakeholders with executive presence and persuasive storytelling
- Travel for in-person meetings and industry events (typically 2–3 times annually)
Requirements
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a MUST.
- 5–7 years of account management experience (agency experience required)
- Proven success in managing multiple brand partnerships simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Executive presence and confidence when presenting to senior leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Natural problem solver who takes initiative and drives innovation
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
