About the role

  • Own all responsibilities of a Sourcer role, including proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers in the Adoption org, owning intake, calibration, and ongoing alignment
  • Develop recruiting-appropriate fluency in our GTM functions, architecture, and company roadmap, and speak to it confidently with candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including all communication and preparation throughout the interview process
  • Own and manage all interview scheduling and process logistics in Ashby
  • Actively manage funnel health across multiple requisitions, identifying risks and adjusting strategy as needed
  • Lead offer processes from approval through close, supporting both hiring managers and candidates in decision-making
  • Maintain strong process hygiene and use recruiting data and feedback to continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Provide exceptional partnership to leadership—both new hiring managers and established leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruiting, 3+ full lifecycle
  • Success sourcing and closing roles in fast-paced start up environments
  • Evidence of consistent pipeline generation: healthy response rates, pass through rates, etc
  • Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
  • Passion for and ideally experience hiring withing the AEC industry
  • Robust Ashby knowledge
  • Experience hiring for international teams
