• Drive OTC client acquisition and revenue growth across exchanges, broker-dealers, funds, family offices, PSPs, and corporate treasuries.
• Target other client verticals: licensed VASPs, remittance firms, gold traders, and importers/exporters for whom stablecoin settlement is a clear operational advantage.
• Execute transactions and manage client relationships through the full lifecycle — from outreach through KYC onboarding to repeat volume.
• Coordinate with trading, treasury, and operations on execution, settlement, and large block trade management.
• Manage client KYC onboarding independently in line with regulatory standards and internal AML/CFT policies.
• Represent the firm at regional conferences and industry events.
