About the role
- Lead asset performance, and reliability optimization projects
- Contract and supplier management, including service suppliers, grid operator and permit enforcer
- Play a pivoting role in bringing new locations online
- Build the foundation of our asset management team in Germany
- Represent the asset management team in projects in their development and contracting phase
- Be responsible for (a part of) stakeholder communication
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our assets
Requirements
- MSc or BSc degree in engineering, economics, renewable energy, or related field
- 5+ years of working experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in different levels and cultures
- Interest in renewable energy and energy storage
- Fluent in German and English
- Familiarity with BESS, grid-connected assets, and/or energy markets (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of technical, legal, or financial aspects of energy assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in asset management of physical assets (hardware) (Nice to Have)
- Experience with data analysis (e.g. in Python, Matlab, SQL) (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in Spanish (Nice to Have)
