Project Manager

• Support execution of stand-alone BESS projects, owning defined work packages under the guidance of senior project management
• Coordinate with project teams and EPC partners on day-to-day execution, helping ensure alignment across engineering, construction, commissioning and asset management functions
• Support key project management areas: planning, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, HSE, contract administration, site supervision, QA/QC, and interface management
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for EPC contractors, subcontractors, grid operators, technical authorities and local stakeholders, escalating strategic or contractual issues to senior management as needed
• Support the review and validation of design implementation, civil works, MV/HV electrical installation, power electronics integration, and commissioning activities
• Help resolve day-to-day issues on site, supporting continuity of execution and compliance with regulatory and permitting requirements
• Collaborate with finance, legal, procurement and commissioning teams to support cost tracking, contract compliance and smooth project handover
• Prepare regular reporting and decision-support documentation for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Based in Munich with regular site visits to project locations across Germany.

• Lead contract management activities for the execution phase of large Capex projects with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and other third parties using contract forms such as UAV-GC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual obligations, identifying and managing risks, claims and disputes
• Manage change orders, variations and claims, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
• Advise the project manager and wider project team on contractual rights, obligations and risks
• Work closely with legal, finance and procurement colleagues to align contract strategy with project and company objectives
• Support the development and continuous improvement of contract management processes, templates and tools
