About the role
- Develop and update Youreka QA form templates (100+ templates across brands)
- Implement enhancements including: New fields, linked questions, and layout updates
- Modify and optimize Salesforce flows and validation logic
- Support QA PDF enhancements and conditional logic (region-specific updates)
- Collaborate with Admin and QA teams for testing, defect resolution, and deployment
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, Lightning)
- Experience with Youreka or similar mobile/QA platforms
- Data modeling, validation rules, and automation expertise
- Experience with PDF generation/customization in Salesforce
- Ability to handle large-scale template/config updates efficiently
