About the role
- Lead merchandising strategy across web, mobile, and on-property guest touchpoints
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue
- Analyze guest behavior, conversion metrics, and sales performance to inform decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Digital)
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the guest journey
- Drive A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates
- Monitor KPIs and continuously refine merchandising strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 7–12+ years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, hospitality, or retail
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or hotel industry (preferred)
- Background in digital merchandising, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or personalization (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms (preferred)
