About the role
- Understanding and aligning with business needs, identifying related data requirements
- Participating in technical pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, and proposal creation
- Architecting and planning robust data models and modern data platforms.
- Acting as the senior technical lead for the development of cloud data solutions, with a focus on lakehouse architectures
- Planning and leading testing activities
- Leading and mentoring project teams (3-6 members)
Requirements
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake/Azure/AWS-based data platforms
- Proficiency in assessing business logic, proposal submission, and time estimation
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, guiding data warehouse/lakehouse migration or development projects
- Project experience from a consultancy background
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and proactivity
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
- Problem-solving skills, creativity
