About the role
- Build and nurture an engaged community of clinicians and customers around Hi Rasmus
- Develop and manage customer advocacy programs including case studies, testimonials, and customer references
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure customer stories support growth and education
- Design and run ambassador programs with clinicians, enterprise champions, and industry voices
- Build relationships with key voices in ABA and behavioral health
- Identify and cultivate champions who authentically advocate for Hi Rasmus
- Help amplify the voices of founders, executives, clinicians, and customers across social platforms
- Engage authentically with community conversations across social media and industry channels
- Ensure Hi Rasmus maintains a consistent, human-centered presence—not a corporate tone
- Create meaningful community touchpoints beyond conferences (virtual events, meetups, community initiatives)
- Support in-person industry events by building community engagement before, during, and after
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience working with customer communities, advocacy programs, or brand/community marketing
- Ability to execute programs from idea to implementation
- Strong written communication skills with an authentic, human voice
- Comfort engaging with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders
- **Nice to have:**
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or clinician-facing products
- Background in community building, partnerships, or advocacy marketing
- Familiarity with social media engagement and thought leadership amplification
