Project Manager

• Be the internal lead for successful pilot execution. Liaise with all internal stakeholders, technical, sales and operations to get things done, on time and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for external corporate clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, setting timelines, and managing realistic expectations and deliverables.
• Lead all internal and external meetings. You will represent Hi Auto to our external corporate clients.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions to enhance project management practices within the company. Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer success team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer focus.
• Build lasting professional relationships with customers to create the right trusted environment for a successful joint project execution and business expansion.
