About the role

  • Create and deliver world-class educational content to customers.
  • Design innovative learning solutions that drive product adoption, customer retention, and internal enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Customer Care, Product Management, and Product Marketing.
  • Develop and implement assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Coach and mentor others in adult learning concepts and design principles.
  • Increase product and feature adoption and customer retention through educational experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design for a SaaS company, creating educational content to distill technical acumen to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in medical software training programs.
  • Experience leading large scale corporate education projects from intake to completion.
  • Experience with ensuring accessibility standards in videos and educational content.
  • Proficient in applying adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proficient using AI for content creation and learning curriculums.
  • Advanced experience with enterprise LMS and knowledge base platforms.
  • Advanced experience creating and managing video-based learning assets.
  • Advanced experience with instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal/communication skills.
