About the role
- Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
- Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
- Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
- Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and Financial background.
- Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to commute around the country.
